When I come in after being outside my feet are quite cold, so I heat the slippers to warm my feet before going to bed and they have worked very well to help me sleep. "...My husband loves his CosySoles hand warmers. He has had them for over ten years. He uses them several times a day in winter and they look and work just like they did when he first got them. One of the symptoms of his scleroderma is Raynaud's disease. He finds that they really help ease the pain in his hands. He uses a fingertip pulse oximeter to check his blood oxygen levels, which does not give an accurate reading unless he uses a CosySoles hand warmer for several minutes beforehand.
