We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Simply return any unworn item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made an error in your shipment. Product that shows signs of wear are not returnable and not refundable.
- Packages must be returned freight prepaid. If not, they will not be accepted. Return delivery via Canada or US Postal Service. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please provide a copy of your receipt with your return so that we can retrieve your original order information.
- For RETURNS, the refund will exclude shipping and handling: Please state what you are returning and why.
- For EXCHANGES, please indicate what you are returning and what you want in exchange (size and color).
- We will require credit card information to complete the refund on RETURNS and to charge for shipping on EXCHANGES
