We want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase. Simply return any
unworn item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you
purchased CosySoles as a Christmas gift, we will extend this
period 60 days to the end of January of the next year. Shipping
charges are not refundable unless we made an error in your
shipment. Product that shows signs of wear are not returnable and
not refundable.
When you receive your CosySoles, your order will
include a RETURNS/REFUND Form. Please complete this form and
return it with the purchased items.

name, original order #, your email address and phone #. Packages
must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D.
deliveries. Please provide a copy of your receipt with your
return so that we can retrieve your original order information.

FAQ's
The slippers have grain in them. Does this
make them heavy?
No. When you are wearing the slippers, they don't feel heavy on
your feet as long as you get the correct size. They are designed
so that the grain surrounds the top of your foot. They do weigh
more than a cloth slipper as they are filled with grain which
retains the heat. Anyone who suffers with chronic cold feet will
be so thrilled with the relief offered by the slippers that they
will not find the weight a problem.
Is it safe to put slippers in a microwave that you also heat
your food in?
Yes. When people heat food, it is normally in an enclosed
container. The slippers may be placed on a piece of paper towel.
If you are really concerned, you can wrap your slippers in a
cotton tea towel. The microwave process destroys any
bacteria/germs.
Can you wash the slippers?
The slippers are made from a high-quality, non-pilling, polar
fleece. You may spot clean the slippers with a damp cloth or
sponge. The slippers cannot be soaked, as that would destroy
their ability to retain heat.
Do the slippers have a non-slip sole?
The slippers have a soft sole. Originally we tried a rubber sole
but this did not work well with the microwave process. Also we
found that many seniors and individuals with disabilities tend
to shuffle their feet when they walk. With a non-slip sole they
would trip especially on stairs or carpets. We have sold the
slippers now for over three years and the soles have not been a
problem.
How long will the slippers last?
This depends on how often you wear them. They are not intended
to replace everyday-wear slippers. You are able to walk in the
slippers but they are primarily therapeutic slippers. The grain
can be reheated almost indefinitely as long as not overheated.
How long will the slippers stay warm?
When heated according to the instructions the slippers should
retain the heat for approximately 30-40 minutes before returning
to room temperature. However, once your cold feet have been
heated, they will remain warm much longer as they are enclosed
in a warm fleece slipper. You may re-heat the slippers as often
as you wish while following directions.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. You may also exchange the
slippers for another size as long as they are unworn.
